What the predictive analytics helps you do is essentially say, well, based on these patterns, we can understand you may not want to staff those two extra rooms on that third Thursday of the month because there’s been a consistent pattern of you closing two rooms early on those days. And reacting on that Thursday is going to be a lot worse for the people that expected something to happen on that day, whether it be a surgeon that believes that they’re going to have a room available to them or staff that expect to work the shift that they’ve been assigned to. That being not the case, then being able to make a shift a week– as far as a week or several days in advance where you can kind of align with what you actually are going to do on that day.
