One of the reasons that we wanted to develop this solution is that we’ve seen some problems with nurse staffing throughout the industry. Almost every organization that we’ve been in has asked us to evaluate their staffing needs. And what we have seen is there’s been understaffing, there’s been over staffing, and it leads to burnout. It leads to reduced quality of care, and it also leads to some over staffing or the need for travelers by not having optimal staffing levels. So that was one of the initial driving factors where we wanted to develop an automated system to help our clients with defining their staffing needs for the operating room.
