By aligning all the staffing levels, we’re able to identify what the needs are based on the predicted case load and doing it manually the traditional way, we certainly just couldn’t accomplish that. Merlin has been incredibly helpful to help organizations maintain high quality of care by better understanding what their needs are on a daily basis and having the right staff eliminate the stress of having staff. There are so many other factors the operating room has to focus on and having the right people at the right time truly should be easy. And it shouldn’t be one of the challenges that they’re facing.
