Trish Delgrosso is a seasoned perioperative leader with over 35 years of nursing experience and a deep commitment to enhancing surgical services. Since joining Surgical Directions in 2021, Trish has played a key role in guiding multidisciplinary teams to optimize OR efficiency, patient safety, and profitability. Prior to joining Surgical Directions, she served as Assistant Vice President of Surgical Services at Hackensack Meridian Health Mountainside Medical Center, where she led a team of 117 employees and implemented numerous operational improvements, including the launch of an elective surgical schedule on Saturdays and maintaining block utilization at over 60%. Trish excels at fostering collaborative environments between surgical teams and anesthesia departments and is dedicated to shared governance and professional development.
She holds advanced certifications, including CNOR, CENP, and RNFA. Trish is also a Board-Certified Nurse Coach (NC-BC), a qualification that has been instrumental in guiding teams and mentoring leaders to achieve their full potential. She has been widely recognized for her leadership and contributions to nursing excellence.
